Hi there,
How great that you are a music instructor! More power to ya!
In addition to the advice previously given; You might place some notices at your local Library, at your church [if you attend] any type of group/social gathering. Fitness centers, community centers. Check with the Parks & Recreation dept, they are always offering classes, the YMCA/YWCA. Is there a Military base near you? College Campus? Laundry rooms in Apt complexes, Retirement Facilites, Homeschoolers would be interested as well.
Looks like you have access to a computer, so sit down and make up a flyer, go to a local diy copier store and print off about 30. It does not cost as much when you do it that way. Since you are just starting out you'll want to keep your cost to a minimum.
Internet advertising can be tricky, but I do have a few suggestions.
Craigslist.org is free, your city community pages, yellow pages a locally owned music store may be interested in making a deal with you, say free or an almost free line item on their website in exchange for refferrals from your students and or the exclusive purchasing of supplies. {something in the nature of buy so much then get something free}
Just use your imagination.
Holidays are coming so give a free concert, showcase your talent. Ask some of your former/current students to participate.
I'm assumming you teach a traditional instruments, like the piano, but if you are teaching guitar, wind, or brass, you can easily carry those with you.
Bare in mind that you'll need to sell yourself, as well as your service.

Best Wishes & Best of Luck
Contact me personally if you need too.

Try advertising on Craigslist. If you have a community newspaper, put ads there. Another good place is a church, they usually have a bulletin board and many in the choir will be interested. If there is a music store in your location, definitely put an ad there.
Hope this helps.
References :
Put up notices at the local band instrument stores?
Run a small ad in the local high school paper?
Find out where the home school parents meet and ask if you could make a presentation?
