		<description>Well, i am not qualified to answer this question. But, i have a huge interest in marketing and business. targeting schools is a good idea but i would rather target people who would be really in need of a tribute video or photo restoration job done. and that would be Old People. 

The hotel idea is really good. But be sure to make ur slogan attractive, like for anniversaries (long marriages), they would love to restore the pics of their old times to refresh memories and see that in color or something else. 

As i said segmented marketing is the way to go. research on what segment of the population needs your service done more and go ahead and advertise to that particular section and trust me, it works. Unless its a highly attractive thing, dont go for broad marketing in the first steps that u make. make it attractive for a particular segment and get them to buy your services and word of mouth marketing done by your clients will also be of utmost help. 

Incentives can be based on how much profit you make. if you make a profit on doing 10 pics, make an incentive like for every 10 pics or every pics after the 10. for videos, i dont think incentive is a good idea. but be faithful to your customers and meet the deadline. i think they will be more than happy with that rather than having discounted job done much sloppily and late too.
