Get a list of HOA’s. Most of them around here do not allow door to door, so the only way to reach them is by mail or attending there monthly meetings. You have to get permission in advance to attend, but if you do you will probably be the only company that bothers. We always talk about it but never do it! It is winter and things are slow but rodents are starting strong, so give an informational session on how the home owner can protect their property from invasion, and prevent damage to their homes and vehicles. Offer free one on one help, and custom service for those who don’t want to do it themselves! It will cost nothing but a few business cards and your time! I talked to on of our salesman from Tucson, who does this all the time. He is a presidents club salesman! Also i would check out Coffee Talk and the Prescott Funny Paper and see how much it cost to advertise. They both have a decent reader base!
