I just now read in the wikipedia about the people of brazil who flooded orkut, created spams, etc. I was very much confused if they even know the name of the hackers who do thiis then why dont they catch them. Are they not allowed to catch this people or we are allowed to create spams, etc in the social networking sites? Please help me in this confusion….
